Michelle Handley, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SENTRYSIX, where she leads the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and organizational growth initiatives. With decades of executive finance experience spanning healthcare, technology, media, infrastructure, and professional services, Michelle brings a disciplined, strategic, and highly adaptable leadership style to the organization.

A seasoned Certified Public Accountant and finance executive, Michelle has built and transformed finance operations for companies at every stage of growth—from startups and rapidly scaling ventures to mature enterprises navigating restructuring, acquisitions, and operational expansion. Her expertise includes financial management and strategy, cash flow optimization, financial modeling, investor reporting, post-acquisition integration, and scalable operational infrastructure.

Michelle also serves as a Principal and Fractional CFO with TechCXO, advising CEOs, ownership groups, and investors through strategic transitions and growth initiatives. Throughout her career, she has held executive finance leadership roles including Vice President of Finance for Atmospheric G2, Foley Products Company, and Pinewood Atlanta Studios, where she was instrumental in building finance and accounting systems from the ground up while supporting organizational expansion and operational excellence.

Michelle’s earlier career included leadership and accounting roles with organizations such as SunTrust Bank (now Truist), Windsor Health Group, Unisys, and McKinsey & Company. She has also founded and operated several business ventures focused on accounting, operational support, and community engagement.

Known for her practical and detail-oriented approach, Michelle partners closely with executive leadership teams to align financial strategy with long-term business objectives while ensuring transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Michelle earned her Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
