Phase 1: Apply

Phase 2: Interview Phase

After careful review of applications for candidates, only those who complete their entire application, and upload a resume that reflects their education and experience, will be contacted. We will typically notify you by either phone or email with an invitation to interview.

Phase 3: Tentative Selection – Background Investigation / Security Clearance Screening/Fitness Exam

Due to the sensitive nature of work you may be involved with, we conduct very thorough background screenings. This may involve employment verification checks, drug screening, criminal record checks and financial history disclosures. Physical fitness exams may also be conducted during this phase dependent upon the position applied for.

Phase 4: Conditional Offer of Employment

Once a candidate completes all phases of the hiring process, a conditional offer of employment will be made with an Entry on Duty (EOD) Date, or employment start date.
