Paul A. Aronhime is an Executive Vice President at SENTRYSIX, where he brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and growth experience across the federal, defense, national security, technology, and professional services sectors.

A seasoned growth executive and former Chief Growth Officer, Paul has led organizations through complex growth initiatives, competitive federal pursuits, market expansion, and enterprise transformation. Throughout his career, he has contributed to more than $20 billion in contract awards, sustained win rates exceeding 70 percent, developed multibillion-dollar opportunity pipelines, and built and transformed growth organizations positioned to compete in demanding federal, commercial and national security markets.

Paul has held senior executive and growth leadership positions with Peraton, IntelliBridge, Unisys Federal, Keeper Security, and other federal technology organizations supporting critical government and national security missions. His experience spans corporate and growth strategy, business development, capture, customer engagement, operational alignment, and execution. He is known for bringing these disciplines together into an accountable growth model focused on mission performance and sustainable enterprise value.

Paul’s leadership is grounded in a career connected to the national security mission and an understanding that success in the federal sector requires more than identifying opportunities – it requires trusted relationships, disciplined execution, organizational alignment, and a clear understanding of the customer’s mission.

A U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the University of Virginia, Paul continues to contribute to the national security and academic communities. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Virginia’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and on the External Advisory Group for Montana State University’s Institute for National Security Research and Education, supporting efforts at the intersection of national security, research, education, and workforce development.
